Banana Bread Tart - Crumblies.

Look at all those crumblies on top...

Okay, here is part 3 of that Banana Bread Tart recipe! These crumbles are really tasty. I made them using oil, because I was out of Earth Balance, but please feel free to substitute 1/4 - 1/2 c. Earth Balance instead! I think the crumbs would be much richer that way.

Crumble Topping
1/4 c. oil (or Earth Balance)
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Sucanat (or brown sugar)
1 t. vanilla

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until lumps just hold together.
