PBA Sammies!

Since returning to college, I've become all about quick and easy food. I haven't been baking a lot either, which is really sad! It's because if I want to bake I have to drag all my cookie supplies up or down a floor.. and it's a pain. Next time I go home, I'll be making something for sure! :) 

I made this snack up when I needed a simple recipe to write about for Food Sense. It's tasty, especially if you were one of those people who LOVED peanut butter and honey sandwiches. Oh, yummy. Well...try this instead! 

Open-Face PBA Sandwich

1 piece GF/vegan bread
1-2 T. peanut butter
Agave nectar
Handful of dates (or other dried fruit)

Using a knife, spread peanut butter on bread. Squeeze agave nectar on top and sprinkle with a handful of dates/dried fruit.
