Have you ever had a peanut butter and honey sandwich?
Back in my non-vegan days, I used to love them. They were so delicious. The creamy peanut butter mixed with the sweetness of the honey - it was a sandwich to die for.
Now, I've made the switch to peanut butter and agave. Guess what? It's just as delicious! This banana bowl is a bit of an attempt at recreating that delicious sandwich. And it has the added bonus of chocolate, too :)
Agave Banana Bowl
Ingredients:1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 T. peanut butter
A drizzle of raw agave
A sprinkle of raw cacao nibs (about 2 teaspoons)
Place sliced banana in bowl. Spoon peanut butter on top, and drizzle with agave. Sprinkle with cacao nibs. Mix together and enjoy!
It's like Heaven. But in your mouth. So it's MUCH better :)
