The Elvis Banana Bowl

The ELVIS Banana Bowl

1 banana, sliced
1 T. nut butter of choice
1/4 to 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk
Dash of cinnamon
Handful of grapes (optional - could use dried cherries instead)
Handful of nuts of choice (I used raw cashews)

In a medium bowl, place banana slices. Spoon nut butter over the top of the bananas, and cover with the almond milk. Sprinkle on cinnamon, cherries, and nuts. If you need this a bit sweeter (as it wont be very sweet), drizzle some agave nectar over everything. :) This is kind of like a deconstructed PB banana smoothie!

And, okay, the grapes are weird. It was because I had some in my fridge I wanted to use. And I thought it tasted okay. But I would use dried cherries instead - it would be MUCH better!!
