Peanut Butter Banana Dip

You guys know I pretty much have an OBSESSION with peanut butter and bananas now, right? You can tell by my frequent posting of banana bowl recipes.

Well, this time, I wanted something I could put on my crackers. Some sort of dip. But I wanted peanut butter and bananas.

Thus: the peanut butter banana dip was created.

Super simple to make, the whole thing took about 3 minutes to throw together. EASY PEASY. Who doesn't love instant satisfaction? And it even has chocolate, too!

And jelly. Jelly of your choice. It's SO GOOD.

Are you ready to try it yet?

Peanut Butter Banana Dip
Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
2 t. to 1 T. of jelly or fruit preserves of your choice
1.5 T. peanut butter
2 - 4 T. almond milk, depending on how thick you want the dip to be
Sprinkling of raw cacao nibs

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together banana and peanut butter. Stir in fruit preserves.
2. Gradually add almond milk until desired consistency is reached. If you want this as a spread instead, you won't need much or any almond milk. It's totally up to you.
3. Sprinkle cacao nibs on top.

If you want to make this recipe raw, just make your own fruit preserves by combining some dates and fresh fruit together in a food processor. Also, just use raw peanut butter and almond milk.

What is your favorite way to eat a banana?

Much love,
