Coconut Bliss GIVEAWAY

Yesterday I talked about Coconut Bliss Ice Cream.

Want to win some?

How about two coupons for FREE ice cream?

To enter to win, all you need to do is leave a comment telling me what some of your favorite workouts are. I'm working hard to eat healthy, work out, and lose weight, so I would love all the feedback and help I can get!

Want extra entries? Leave a separate comment for each thing below. You'll notice I want some feedback... hence the questions! :) Good luck!

1. Would you be interested in me creating any "freebies?" If so, what would you want to see? See here and here and here for some examples.
2. What are some things you would be interested in purchasing from Etsy? I want to open a store and need ideas of what to sell. Social media buttons? Bracelets? Anything? Nothing?! :)
3. Tweet about this giveaway, tagging @cityxlights13 and @LunaandLarrys and give a link to the page.

Giveaway open to US residents only. Giveaway ends Monday 7/23 at 11:59 EST.

  6. I guess for the Etsy store it would depend on what you would WANT to sell first and what makes you passionate about it. The question is too broad! Haha.

  9. I love freebies like that, I know I loved when people did those targeted workouts each month. LIke one month was abs so they had a different ab workout to do each day that only took about 10 minutes.

  23. I haven't bought from Etsy, but usually it depends on your interest. What are you good at making? What are you creative at? How is it different from anything else other people offer? (ok, I've watched too much shark tank. LOL!) Good luck!

  25. This might not be much of a help, but I used to be a competitive Irish dancer, so nothing beats that for a workout for me. Everything else is just boring.

  28. Personally, doing The Firm, mixed with AM Yoga and any pilates is what works for me. And the nice thing about doing the same thing over and over is that I can watch like, three episodes of Colbert while I'm doing my exercise, 'cause I know the choreography. I recently did a month of Insanity, but I wasn't crazy about it, 'cause it's more cardio-based and less strength-based, which I think is what I need. I know a number of people who love it, though. I have also recently added a little thing I saw on Pinterest of, before every shower, doing 50 jumping jacks, 10 pushups, 20 mountain climbers, 20 crunches, and 30 seconds of plank. I have increased the number each day, adding in teasers, tricep dips, and the like.

    1. Oh, and riding my bike to work instead of driving or the train! It's a nice little supplement to a proper workout. And I tend to boredom eat, so I make myself do a little something before hand, like 15 pushups. Not to cancel out the calories, but to make me go, "do I really need that handful of peanuts, or am I just bored?"

  32. etsy things might be hand-painted or tie-dyed bucket hats or tanks, beaded bracelets and anklets or handmade journals. Lots of people sell food on etsy...if you're confident in the kitchen, give it a try! Cheers!
