I was recently given the pleasure of trying out Helper's new Chicken Helper - just as quick and easy as hamburger helper, but now with an emphasis on the chicken.
I was sent the Sweet & Sour Chicken to try.
It was yummy - a little too sweet for me, but still good. If only Helper would not use hydrogenated oils in their products....
Helper also sent me a nifty little gift package in the mail with some storage containers, a skillet, and a few other things.
I'll bet you didn't know that Helper was currently on a food truck tour around the states, did you? Well, I went to check out the food truck for myself when it came to Cincinnati. It was cool - they were sampling a couple of Helper products, and I got to have my picture taken with the Helper Hand.
They were also playing cornhole (I didn't play), and it looked like people were enjoying themselves.
Pretty stealthy, if you ask me.

Anyways....if you are looking for a new and yummy way to use chicken (#1 source of animal protein), then this is a pretty decent one.
